A stimulating environment, support through training, and dedicated monitoring are the keys to scientific excellence. The Institut Pasteur has set itself the priority of supporting career development for researchers with high potential within the Institut Pasteur International Network.
The newly created Pasteur Network Talent Award will recognize the scientific or leadership potential of 5 scientists from the Institut Pasteur International Network (with exception of scientists from the Institut Pasteur in Paris).
Each laureate will receive 10.000€ (paid to their host institutes).
Who is concerned?
Any scientist, with a PhD and no more than 45 years old, working in an institute of the Institut Pasteur international Network (apart from Institut Pasteur Paris) or engaged in discussions with the Director to join it.
The participation is by nomination and 2 nominators are required:
1- One nominator must be an eminent scientist (Head of University or Scientific Institution, member of the Academy of Sciences or other National Scientific Institution, holder of research chair, permanent and assistant Professor…)
2- The other nominator must be the Director of the institute concerned. The last one can’t propose more than 1 nominate for his institute.
