- Build a career plan in line with your ambitions;
- Develop your professional network;
- Prepare your profile (CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile);
- Receive guidance to prepare for job interviews and academic recruitment processes.
The Career Development Service for Scientists is a European Commission-accredited Career Development Center. It is an active member of Euraxess, which works to improve researcher mobility in Europe.

There are nearly 480 postdoctoral fellows on the Institut Pasteur campus.
To guide them in their personal and professional development, the Institut Pasteur has a dedicated office to help them settle in on campus, support them in their training and encourage well-being in the workplace.
The Postdoc Office works closely with representatives of postdoctoral fellows to help develop a postdoctoral community and meet their needs as effectively as possible.
