   Yellow fever: using modeling to optimize the use of vaccine stocks

   In December 2015 a yellow fever epidemic broke out in Angola, subsequently giving rise to 7,300 suspected cases and nearly 400 deaths.    This program is dedicated to students in last year of secondary school (classe de 3ième), who are required to complete a one-week observation training in professional environment. In this context, the Institut Pasteur offers secondary school students the opportunity to come and discover the different professions of a world-renowned research institute.

   iGEM-Pasteur competition 2015

   iGEM, or the international Genetically Engineered Machine competition, was created to promote research in synthetic biology. This annual competition started in 2004 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2015 the Institut Pasteur has created a new iGEM-Pasteur initiative and has assembled the iGEM-Pasteur team.
