The real estate company Nexity Studéa has a large network of student residences in France, with more than 50 residences located in Paris and Île-de-France. The simplified procedure established by the Institut Pasteur allows Pasteurians to access housing without application processing fees and without a guarantor.

The rental of housing is open to all young scientists and professionals in research and health sciences working at the Institut Pasteur, with no age limit. The housing occupancy is ensured throughout the duration of activity at the Institut Pasteur.

The signed form must be sent to Mr. Jean MANDART, Pôle Hébergement – Direction de l'Enseignement – Bâtiment Social 06 – Sous-Sol - 26 rue du Docteur Roux 75015 PARIS (housing@pasteur.fr). Documents sent by mail or scanned copies via email are accepted.
Accommodation requests are considered once the applicant has been accepted into a course, their internship agreement has been validated, or all administrative conditions for their stay at the Institut Pasteur have been met. Depending on availability, the applicant will receive either approval or rejection of their request.
Financial Conditions
Rent payment and the security deposit must be made at the Housing Office of the Education Department during office hours.
Rates
Rates vary depending on the residence and type of housing, but the average cost is around €800 per month, all charges included (water, Wi-Fi, and other residence-dependent charges). Applicants can request APL or ALS with administrative support from the residence manager. Electricity consumption and home insurance remain the tenant's responsibility.
