Pasteur-Japon Association

Its aim is to support the work of the Institut Pasteur in the field of infectious diseases and to finance young Japanese researchers visiting the Institut Pasteur.

The Association Pasteur‑Japon was set up as a non-profit organisation in Tokyo on 1 April 2005. Its aim is to support the work of the Institut Pasteur in the field of infectious diseases and to finance young Japanese researchers visiting the Institut Pasteur. 

This Association is chaired by Mister Masatoshi Watanabe.

Pasteur-Japan fellowships

A 12-month fellowship for Japanese post-doctoral researchers wishing to work at the Institut Pasteur as of 2008-2009 is co-funded by the Association and the French Embassy in Japan.
