The Institut Pasteur joins the HEC Challenge+ program to accelerate scientific entrepreneurship

On November 20, 2025, the Institut Pasteur and HEC Paris formalized a partnership that allows the Institut Pasteur to become an academic partner of the HEC Challenge+ program. This alliance reinforces the Institut Pasteur's commitment to technology transfer and the creation of research-based startups.

 

The goal is to offer Institut Pasteur employees privileged access to HEC's network and expertise in order to transform scientific discoveries into ambitious business projects.

Created in 1990, HEC Challenge+ is a flagship program that supports the creation of innovative companies with high growth potential. Its unique formula combines training, advice, and personalized support over eight months to help project leaders build a solid business plan. With more than 1,000 projects supported, seven IPOs, and more than €3 billion raised, its network and expertise are unrivalled.
