To mark the 42nd European Heritage Days, this year on the theme of "Architectural Heritage", the Institut Pasteur is opening its doors on Saturday and Sunday September 20 and 21, from 2 to 6pm.
The Pasteur Institute is participating in the 2025 European Heritage Days ! This year's event is centered around "architectural heritage" and will allow visitors to discover the Pasteur Institute from a unique perspective.
Program:
Saturday and Sunday from 2 PM to 6 PM
-architectural heritage-themed tours attended by scientists
-Aline Zalko's exhibition created in partnership with Aleksandra Deczkowska, head of the "Brain-Immunity Interactions" laboratory
-Tour in English of the DESTINY project in the laboratory run by Germano Cecere, Head of the Mechanisms of Epigenetic Inheritance Unit, where artist Arianna Carossa will present a collection of works related to the scientist's research at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm, followed by a discussion of the project at 5pm.
Saturday at 2:45 PM and 3:45 PM
-Dance-theater performance on hygienist architecture, the body and microbes, with Gösta Strang and Alessandro Livraghi, in partnership with the Fondation du Patrimoine
Saturday at 4:30 PM
-Conference-debate: "A History of Construction: the Restoration and Rehabilitation of the Historic Building of the Pasteur Institute," with Xavier Lagneau from LAGNEAU Architects, Laurence Dreux from AFE Architecture, and Laurence Isnard, Head of the Pasteur Museum.
Entry is free, and registration is mandatory. An ID will be required. Places are limited. It is necessary to select the appropriate time slots for laboratory visits or the conference during your registration.
