Description

This 5-days course will cover the following topics:

  • Overview of technologies for single cell omics, fundamentals of NGS, microfluidics (1/2 day)
  • Sample preparation for single-cell and single-nuclei droplet-based and plate-based assays (1 day)
  • Preparation and quantification of scRNA-Seq libraries (1 day)
  • Preparation of tissue and generation of cDNA for spatial transcriptomics (1 day)
  • Basics of single cell and spatial transcriptomic data analysis (2 days)

Quality Controls, best practices and “tips and tricks” will be discussed.

Audience

Scientists, students and Core Facility staff interested in applying advanced single-cell transcriptome sequencing in their research are welcome. Basic knowledge of molecular biology and basics in “R” are desirable.
