To ensure a maximum of interactivity, conferences, tutorials and round table will be organized to allow students to discuss with experts, to ask questions and globally to exchange and pave the way for future collaborations.
Program of the course
Emerging viruses comprise a diverse family of RNA viruses. The course will be focused essentially on negative RNA viruses as Influenza, Measles, Rabies viruses…, as well as positive RNA viruses as Hepatitis E, Chikungunya, Dengue, Zika viruses…. During this course, specific aspects will be developed as the regulation of viral gene expression, host restriction factors to infection, various aspects of pathogenesis, mechanisms of emergence, antiviral strategies as well as virus discovery approaches.
