In many countries, access to specialized scientific training and state-of-the-art equipment remains limited.
Yet health challenges are global. Emerging infectious diseases, epidemics, antimicrobial resistance, and public health challenges require scientific expertise around the world.
For more than 130 years, the Institut Pasteur has contributed to sharing scientific knowledge across borders. Today, this mission continues through a scholarship program that enables international learners to attend Pasteur Courses, high-level training programs offered at the Institut Pasteur Education Center in Paris.

An immersive experience at the heart of research
Scholarship recipients can attend Pasteur Courses, intensive training programs combining theoretical instruction, hands-on laboratory work, and exchanges with international experts.
This experience enables them to:
- develop advanced scientific skills;
- discover the latest technologies and methods;
- expand their professional networks;
- gain experience in an outstanding research environment.
Beyond the knowledge they acquire, these training programs foster lasting scientific collaborations around the world.
