International vaccinations: appropriate protection for every destination
Depending on the country you are traveling to, some vaccines are required and others are strongly recommended. Yellow fever, typhoid fever, hepatitis, meningitis, rabies – the risks vary considerably from one destination to the next.
When you make an appointment at the Institut Pasteur Medical Center, you will be given:
- a personalized assessment of your vaccine status;
- vaccinations that are recommended or required for your destination;
- an international vaccination certificate, as required for travel to certain countries.
Malaria prevention
Malaria is one of the most serious and frequently contracted infectious diseases for people traveling to tropical or subtropical regions. Prevention involves both protective measures against mosquito bites and preventive medical treatment known as chemoprophylaxis.
Following your vaccination appointment, our medical team can prescribe you with an appropriate anti-malaria treatment based on your destination and health status.
