Visit of Prime Minister of Niger at CERMES

"I observe that Niger has a powerful reference tool [...]the CERMES honors the Niger and the whole medical profession" these were the words of the Prime Minister of Niger, HE Mr. Brigi Rafini during his visit to the Centre for Medical and Health Research (CERMES) in Niamey, on Saturday, March 7th.
Accompanied by the Minister of Health, Mr. Mano Aghali and a delegation, the Prime Minister visited the laboratories of Parasitology, Entomology and the Training Centre of excellence Pierre and Anne-Marie Moussa. During this visit, Odile Ouwe Missi Oukem, Director of the CERMES mentioned Nigerian government subsidy and the need for human resources, essential to perpetuate the reputation of international expertise of the CERMES. The CERMES is a member of the Institut Pasteur International Network since 2008.
