Our major research project focuses on the study of the bacterial Serratia marcescens heme acquisition system (Has system).

A second project, closely related to the first, deals with the study of protein secretion mecanisms through the ABC pathway.

A third project is about functionnal and phylogenetic studies of ABC systems.

Finally, we recently started a fourth project about a new regulation pathway in iron acquisition in Escherichia coli.
