Genoscape is an open-source Cytoscape plugin that imports gene
expression data sets from Genoscript (a web application allowing the
storage of transcriptomic data), retrieves pathways from KEGG,
integrates these information in Cytoscape networks, and generates a
layout that highlights gene expression changes and their statistical
significance. Additional features of the plugin include the browsing
of Genoscript database to select the data to be retrieved, or the
importation of transcriptomic data from other sources through text
tabulated files. Genoscape has been successfully used by researchers
to investigate the results of gene expression profiling experiments.
