Interspecific Recombinant Congenic Strains Mouse Functional Genetics Unit Institut Pasteur, Paris Interspecific Consomic Strains

IRCS and ICS have been developed at the Institut Pasteur by Xavier Montagutelli and Jean-Louis Guénet, with the expert technical assistance of Isabelle Lanctin and Marek Szatanik. The BcF19 consomic was initially developed at the University La Laguna in Tenereiffe, Spain by Maria-Rosa Arnau. Microsatellite genotyping was performed with the additional help of Murielle Rocancourt, Stéphanie Voegeling and Gaëtan Burgio. SNP genotyping was performed at Centre National de Génotypage, Evry, France.
