Figure legend : This map represents one chromosome of the mouse genome. White ticks along the chromosome are spaced at 20 Mb interval.
Loci positions are taken from from NCBI Build 35.
The chromosome on the left is similar to that of the composite map which compiles the data from all strains.
On the right are shown the chromosomes of all the strains that carry at least one allele at, at least, one locus of this chromosome.
Each yellow, pink or blue bar represents a marker that was genotyped on the strain. The color shows the genotype of the strain at this locus : yellow means S, pink means B/S, and blue means B.
Click on a locus bar of the left chromosome to show the genotype of all strains at this locus.
Click on the strain name to show the full map of this strain.
Click on the chromosome centromere of a strain to show the genotype of the strain for the markers of this chromosome.
Click on a locus bar to show the genotype of all strains at this locus
