Parameter definition with DEFIne

• in module define section:

  define (

• are referenced within module with &

  evaluate ($newvariable = &parameter1)
  

• Parameters can hold very different things:
  • numbers
  • strings
  • commands
  • atom selections
• can be compound:

  define (
  SaProtocol.iniseed=88779 ;
  SaProtocol.carinit_t=2000 ; 
  SaProtocol.tadinit_t=10000 ;
  SaProtocol.final1_t=1000 ;
  SaProtocol.final2_t=50 ;
  ...
  )
  

  this can be transferred to a module as one single parameter:
