WP – 13: Consortium management, coordination of the work programme on the “human SARS epidemiology” and gateway to other consortiums

 


Objectives

To ensure consortium management and the scientific coordination of the work programme on ‘Human SARS epidemiology’.

 

 

Description of work

Task 1: The leader of the workgroup on ‘human SARS Epidemiology’ is also the Coordinator of the EPISARS Consortium; he will be supported by the project assistant and he will ensure smooth scientific relationship, arbitrage and orientation of participants work.

Task 2: He will take care of the work programme consistency overtime and will prepare the quarterly progress reports to the Steering Committee.

Task 3: All the dynamic links with the Steering Committee are described in the project management part.

 

Deliverables

D53 Quarterly progress reports as defined in the project management plan

D54 Achievement of the scientific and public health goals as defined in the work programme

 

 

 

Milestones and expected result

Milestones: respect of all scheduled milestones

Expected results: Achievement of all the scientific and public health result scheduled in Milestones, effective communication within the Consortium and with the EC, and up-dated progress monitoring. Achievement of consortium scientific and financial progress.
