WP – 12: Coordination of the work programme on the “search for an animal reservoir” and gateways to other consortiums

 


Objectives

To coordinate scientific activities related to the work programme on “search for an animal reservoir”.

 

 

Description of work

Task 1: The leader of the work programme on ‘search for an animal reservoir’ supported by the Coordinator of the EPISARS Consortium and the project assistant will ensure smooth scientific relationship, arbitrage and orientation of participants work.

Task 2: She will take care of the work programme consistency overtime and will prepare the quarterly reports to the Steering Committee.

Task 3: All the dynamic links with the Steering Committee are described in the project management part.

Task 4: At the end of the project, the leader of this workgroup will participate in the final report with recommendations on the future policies at the national and EC levels to prevent and control the SARS –CoV outbreak.


 

Deliverables

D51 Quarterly progress reports to the Steering Committee as defined in the project management plan

D52 Achievement of the scientific and public health goals as defined in the work programme

 

 

Milestones and expected result

Milestones: respect of all scheduled milestones
Expected results: Achievement of all the scientific and public health result scheduled in Milestones, effective communication within the Consortium and with the EC, and up-dated progress monitoring.
