RESUME
Les épreuves de fixation du complément et d'inhibition de l'hémagglutination apparaissent plus profondément modifiées après la vaccination anti-amarile avec la souche de Dakar qu'avec la souche 17 D. Ceci limite l'utilisation de ces deux épreuves pour les enquêtes sérologiques dans les territoires qui ont été soumis systématiquement à la vaccination de masse avec le vaccin de Dakar.

SUMMARY
Complement fixation réaction and hemagglutination-inhibition after vaccination against yellow fever by means of the Dakar strain.
Both reactions (complement fixation and hemagglutination inhibitlon) are more markedly altered after anti-amaril vaccination with the Dakar strain than after vaccination with the 17D strain. This fact limits the use of these two tests in serological surveys carried out in the regions where a mass vaccination with the Dakar strain has been carried out.
