Genomic platform (PF1) realize large-scale projects with several teams of Pasteur Institute as part of Genopole programm on Microbiology initiated by the Ministry of Education and Research. Genomic projects have been selected by a steering committee. These projects have been realized following a automation-based protocol. Genomic Platform belongs to Structure and dynamic of genomes department.
