Annual report of Génomique - Plateau technique for year 2001

Genomic platform realize large-scale projects with several teams of Pasteur Institute as part of Genopole programm on Microbiology initiated by the Ministry of Education and Research. Genomic projects have been selected by a steering committee. These projects have been realized following a automation-based protocol providing a high-thoughput low-cost method for the isolation and purification of plasmid template samples for use on capillary-based DNA sequencing devices. Genomic platform have 5 capillary sequencers (ABI model) : 4 ABI Prism 3700 (96 capillaries) and one ABI Prism 3100 (16 capillaries).
