The laboratory of Protein Microsequencing provides expertise in the determination of purified or partially purified polypeptide chains. It is fully equipped to prepare and purify the samples for analysis. The laboratory has two Applied Biosystems automatic sequencers ( 473A and 494 ). These services are available for all laboratories. In 2000, 74 laboratories outside of Institut Pasteur used the provided facilities. |
