Seuls les résumés dont les auteurs se sont incrits à la conférence seront imprimés dans le livre remis aux participants. La date limite d'inscription pour les auteurs sélectionnés est fixée au 24 août 2009.
Posters describing recent research results will be displayed during the conference after selection by the Scientific Committee of submited abstracts. A number of them will be selected for short communications (see Scientific programme). The rest of the accepted abstracts will be displayed as posters during the entire conference in the hall of the Conference centre (CIS).
The deadline to submit the abtracts is August 24, 2009. They should be submitted by using the online form. The abstracts will appear in the booklet distributed among the participants as they have been sent, please check your abstract before posting it.
The list of accepted authors (short communications and poster presentation) will be available on this page from September 9, 2009. If an official letter of acceptance is necessary for your organization or your university, thank you for doing request by email at hostgenetics-2009@pasteur.fr
The posters size should not exceed 1 meter high by 0.70 meter wide. If the size is not respected, it will be impossible to present your poster. You may use magnets provided on site to hold the poster on the board.
