Activities of the platform
Proteomic analyses are focused on microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, parasites, yeast) and their interactions with their host. Technologies available on the platform are two-dimensional electrophoresis, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry and several tools dedicated to proteomic analysis. In recent years our equipment and methodologies have evolved to achieve analyses more accurate and more robust. The analyses carried out concern global proteomics, comparative or quantitative proteomics, identification of partners in protein complexes and identification of post translational modifications.
