PFBMI hastwo Wyatts instruments, the DynaPro MS800 microcuvette reader and the DynaPro plate reader. These devices are mostly suitedfor studying of the homogeneity of macromolecular preparations, allowing to detect with exquisite sensitivity the presence of high molecular weight aggregates. The number of measures and temperature of acquisition can be computer controlled. The plate reader allows the analysis to be performed on 96 to 1356 wells microplates .

Studies of dynamic light scattering of particles in solution allow to quantify their diffusion rate and thus to deduce their hydrodynamic radius (that depends both on their mass and their shape) |
