Pharmacoepidemiology and Infectious Diseases Unit (PhEMI): SEMINARS

A seminar cycle (about 10 lectures per year with invited speakers) was initiated in 2010 at Institut Pasteur with “The question of the proof and decision making in epidemiology/public health”. The theme for 2011–2012 is “The control of infectious diseases: eradication and missed opportunities”. These seminars, billed as Infection and Epidemiology Department Seminars, are jointly organized with Michel Garenne (Epidemiology of Emerging Diseases Unit, Institut Pasteur) and are attended by a large audience of researchers.
