Softwares
Our work on quantitative modeling of biological systems sometimes leads to the design of software or numerical routines. Some may be useful to other than us. You can download some of them on this page. Almost none of them are "user-friendly" (except maybe the ImageJ Pulgins). We put some README files to help the future "users".

Force Mapping
Here, you can find 6 schemes in C and a readme file explaining how they should be run.
Here, you can find similar routines in Matlab.

Tracking Bacteria
Here, you can find 3 Image J routines. They are "no model-based" tracking routines. One performs fluorescent particle tracking, the two others bacteria tracking with tumbles and food extraction. There is a README file explaining how they should be run.

Another tracking algorithm, more user-friendly and better looking.
