Software
nucloc (software for analyzing gene positions in the yeast nucleus):
We have developed a series of software tools to compute and analyze the positions of genomic loci from thousands of yeast cells observed in fluorescence microscopy.
These tools are available freely to academic and non-profit researchers (provided you register and accept our license agreement) at:
www.nucloc.org.
The software is at the core of the method described in Berger et al. Nature Methods 5, 1031 - 1037 (2008) [Abstract on PubMed] [Full text on Nature Methods].
