Online registration

Registration fee covers cost for admission to the scientific sessions, abstract book, coffee breaks and welcome cocktails. The participation to the luncheons is optional and in addition.

Fees

Single rate for all categories of participants (Academics, Students and Post-Doc, Pastorians and International Network Pasteur Institute Network)


€ 150 till January 6th, 2010 / € 170 from January 7th, 2010
Lunch: 20 € per day


Thank you for usinge the online form (secured payment system) until January 6th, 2010 to benefit from reduced registration fees. There is no deadline for regular registration.


Note : Thank you to preferably use a PC and Internet Explorer to avoid technical problems. The registration form may be dysfunctional on Mac.

- by bank transfer at bill delvery - bank details on the invoice

After registration and confirmation of payment you will receive an e-mail with your registration ID about 3 weeks before the conference.

Cancellation policy

Fees will be refunded with  € 20 deduction if notification of cancellation is received (by fax or e-mail) before January 10th, 2009. No refund will be made after this date. A substitute participant will be welcomed with no extra charge. Please note that all refunds will be issued after the conference.

Cancellation of accommodation must be dealt directly with the hotel.
