Suzanne Gorge will be available all afternoons from Monday 10 August till Friday 21 August 2009 to respond to your emails. Thank you for you understanding.
Only abstracts of active participants will be printed in the meeting booklet. The deadline to be registered as abstract's presenting author is August 24, 2009.
A number of abstracts will be selected for short oral communications (see Scientific programme). The rest of abstracts will be displayed as posters during the entire conference in the hall of the Conference centre (CIS).
The deadline for submission of the abtracts is August 24, 2009. They should be submitted by using the online form. The abstracts will appear in the booklet distributed among the participants as they have been sent, please check your abstract before posting it.
The list of accepted authors (short communications and poster presentation) will be available on this page only from early September. If an official letter of acceptance is required for your organization or your university, please request by email at hostgenetics-2009@pasteur.fr
The posters size should not exceed 1 meter high by 0.70 meter wide. If the size is not respected, it will be impossible to present your poster. You may use magnets provided on site to hold the poster on the board.
