To benefit from student fee, please send a photocopy of your present student card or a certificate signed by your research director by Fax to +33 1 4061 3721 or by E-mail to suzanne.gorge@pasteur.fr 
Registration fee covers cost for admmission to tyhe scientific sessions, abstract book, coffee breaks and lunches.

To register, thank you to use the online form (secured payment system) until March, 1st 2010 in order to take advantage of lower registration fees. There is no deadline for regular subscription.
Attendance at the gala dinner is only applicable to those delegates that purchased the ticket. The number of attendees is limited.

Thank you to preferably use a PC computer and Internet Explorer to avoid technical problems. The form may be dysfunctional on the Mac computer .

Confirmation of registration and receipt of payment will be sent after your payment is cashed.

Cancelling

Fees will be refunded with € 50 deduction if notification of cancellation is received (by fax or e-mail) before April 1st, 2010. No refund will be made after this date. A substitute participant will be welcomed with no extra charge. Please note that all refunds will be issued after the conference.

Cancellation of accommodation must be dealt directly with the hotel.
