Online Registration

We inform you that the maximum capacity of the auditorium is 529 seats. The Institut Pasteur reserves the right to close without notice the online registrations when the room will be fully booked.

Registration fee includes the followings: admission to the scientific sessions, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail, on-site luncheons and abstract book.

To register, please use the online form before March 18th, 2013 to benefit from reduced registration fees. There is no deadline for regular registration.

The Institut Pasteur reserves the right to modify or cancel any entry that does not correspond to the conditions of tariff applications

Note : It is preferable to use a PC and Internet Explorer to avoid technical problems. The registration form may be dysfunctional on Mac.

You will receive a letter of confirmation of registration with practical information about 3 weeks before the conference.

Cancellation/Transfer policy

All registration cancellation requests will be refunded after the conference minus for administration fee as follows :

- Until April 7, 2013 (D-45): -30 €
- From April 8, 2012 (D-44) to April 21th, 2013 (D-30 ): -50 €
- After April 21, 2013: No refund will be made after this date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Transfer of registration is however accepted.
