The Proteomic platform (PF3) is a member of the Research Department “Structural Biology and Chemistry” of the Institut Pasteur and is linked to the URA 2185 (CNRS).
It belongs to Pasteur Genopole-Ile-De-France. PF3 is involved in studies of infectious diseases and host-microorganisms interactions.

Our scientific activity relies on many collaborative projects and is associated with a service activity. The platform is RIO labeled.

The platform is involved in research projects through internal “appels d’offre” which are available all along the year and which have to be first submitted to the platform comity.
 
After acceptance these projects are carried out under a collaborative frame. The platform collaborates with research unities from the campus as well as outside of the campus.

The platform is also endowed with  a users comity.
