Training
The PFMU proposes trainings which permits the study, the preparation and the analysis of biological samples:
- SEM sample preparation,
- SEM utilisation : JEOL 6700F,
- TEM sample preparation,
- Grid preparation,
- Negative staining technique,
- Microtomy (room temperature or cryo),
- Immunolabeling,
- MET utilisation : JEOL 1200ex or JEOL 1010,
- MET utilisation : Philips CM10 or CM12.
The autonomous access is made after training and validation by a PFMUs member.
