Pasteur Proteomics

Since july 2012, the Pasteur Proteomics platform belongs to the Structural Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics Unit headed by Julia Chamot-Rooke;

The platform is involved in the study of infectious diseases and host-pathogen interactions.

Proteomics experiment can be proposed either as collaborative projects or as service.

Technologies available on the platform :
  • Proteins separation and quantification by gel electrophoresis (2D, DIGE...)
  • Identification of proteins
  • Analysis of Post-Translational Modifications
  • Quantification of proteins (SILAC, label free)
  • Profiling of entire proteins by molecular mass measurement
  • Bioinformatics for proteomic data analysis (2D DIGE, label free, SILAC)
