Registration fee includes the following:

Admission to the Scientific sessions, Coffee breaks, Welcome cocktail, Wine and cheese reception, on-site luncheons and Abstract book.

Payment accepted:

Credit card (Visa or Mastercard), check, bank transfer and for French public organisms only, order form.


Notice from June 19, 2012: The registration page for the congress had to be closed as the maximal number of conference delegates, i.e. more than 550 participants - considering the available space - was reached.


Cancelation and refund policy:

Registration fee, minus 50 € for administration charges, will be refunded if cancellation is received by August 1, 2012. No refund will be made after this date.
