One of the fastest ways to get from the Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport to the Institut Pasteur is to take the RER B train: To take this train connecting the airport with the inner City of Paris, go to the RER station (Gare) located at the airport terminal 2 , or use the free Aéroports de Paris shuttles if your flight arrives at the other terminals. Buy a RER B ticket at the vending machines (similar to Paris Metro ticket but for larger zones, ca 8-9 Euros) or ticket counters and take the RER B train to the station Denfert-Rochereau (ca. 45min) . Change there to line 6 (metro) and choose direction Etoile, Charles de Gaulle, at the 4'th station you have reached the Metro Pasteur. From there it is a 5 min walk to the Institute.
Another way to travel from the Roissy airport to the inner City of Paris from the Charles de Gaulle Airport is to take the Air France Busses (independent of your airline):
Cars Air France (01 41 56 89 00) :

€ 14 one-way (CdG - Gare de Lyon - Gare Montparnasse (situated in 10-15 min walking distance from the Institut Pasteur))
Paris taxis cost roughly € 60 Euro per journey Airport-Institut Pasteur.

Different routes are possible from Orly airport:
For Orlyval, you must buy a special ticket to travel between Paris and Orly via Antony which is valid throughout the metro and RER networks (€ 9.30, information only). From the Antony RER station, take RER line B in the direction of Gare du Nord or Aéroport Charles de Gaulle and get off at Denfert-Rochereau station. Next take the metro (line 6 direction Charles de Gaulle - Etoile) as far as the Pasteur station.
For Orlybus (€ 6.10, information only), you must also buy a special ticket to travel by bus between Paris (Terminus at Denfert-Rochereau) and Orly. From Denfert-Rochereau take the metro (line 6 direction Charles de Gaulle - Etoile) as far as the Pasteur station.
You can take the Air France bus to Paris-Montparnasse (last stop but one).
