Important: In order that your abstract can be taken in consideration, please register for the conference on the REGISTRATION page before submitting your abstract.
Notice from June 19, 2012: The registration page for the congress had to
be closed as the maximal number of
conference delegates, i.e. more than 550 participants - considering the
available space - was reached.
Abstract submission deadline:
June 15, 2012
Please limit the wordcount of the abstract to 350 words. Further instructions for the preparation of
the abstract can be found at the
ONLINE-ABSTRACT-SUBMISSION form.
The Scientific Committee together with the Organizing Committee will review the abstracts.
A subset of these will then be selected for oral presentations.
The remaining of the accepted abstracts shall be displayed as posters during POSTER SESSIONS 1-3, scheduled
on
September 12th -14, 2012.
The abstracts will be printed in the abstract book, and for formatting reasons they have exclusively to be submitted via the ONLINE-ABSTRACT-SUBMSSION form. Please check your abstract before its submission for correct format.
Please note that the posters size should not exceed 1 meter (3.3 feet) high by 0.70 meter (2.4 feet) wide.
