Registration fee (TVA 19,6% included) covers the cost for the admission to the scientific sessions, the abstract book, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail and wine and cheese. Lunch will be served at the Institut Pasteur campus for those who registered. There are maximum 330 places.
Thus, once the places are filled, only registration without lunches will be possible.

Confirmation of registration and receipt of payment will be sent after your payment is cashed.
Cancellation:
A refund of the registration fee, less an administration charge of 50 €, will be made if a written notification or cancellation is received no later than September 30th, 2009. No refunds will be made after this date. A substitute participant will be welcomed at no extra charge. Please note that all refunds will be issued after the conference.
