The Auditorium
Its Surface Area is about 520 m2, the 529 seats (maximum capacity)
are retractable and writing shelves are integrated.
The platform
(20m2) is 1m15 raised by for perfect visibility.
The technical
production uses audio-visual equipment allowing:
The intensity modulated lighting by area.
The projection on a frontal screen, 4m80 height, 6m width, of
slides, video or digital pictures.
The Public Address system of the Conference Area and of the halls.
The playing, copying and recording of sounds or pictures from
different audio-visual aids.
The adjacent rooms
The "Auditorium" looks onto 2 halls of about 285m2 and 200m2
surface area intended to welcome the participants, for coffee breaks,
exhibitions, cocktail parties, ...
Additional services are available:
cloakroom, Internet connexions by radio frequency, catering room, and
technical room.
Easy access for persons of reduced
mobility.
The "Espace Congrès"
The "Espace Congrès" includes 5 areas (100 m2 for each
zone), which can be combined by soundproofed movable walls.
These 5
areas allow 500 persons to gather in an ideal space, to lunch, seated or
standing to eat in self-services, during convivial lunches, cocktail
parties or receptions.
