Please note that the posters size should not exceed 1 meter high by 0.70 meter wide. Thank you for respecting the size. Please bring tape or magnets to hold it on the metal poster board (not provided on site).

Schedule for posters:

There will be 3 posters sessions

From Tuesday 13th 2:00 pm to Wednesday 14th : session 1: P1 to P75
From Thursday 8:00 am to Thursday 8:00 pm: session 2: P76 to P148
From Friday 8:00 am to Saturday 12:30 am: session 3: P149 to P217

Important: You must be registered for the meeting before submitting your abstract.

The Organising Committee and the Scientific Committee will review the abstracts. A subset of these will be selected for oral presentations. The rest of the accepted abstracts will be displayed as posters during the entire conference from October 13th, 2009 to October 17th, 2009.
The abstracts will appear in the abstract book and should be submitted using the abstract submission form below. Please check your abstract before its submission.
The deadline for submission is July 24th, 2009. The decision concerning acceptance of abstract and their potential selection for oral presentations will be notified on the website by September 1st, 2009.
