CALL FOR ABSTRACT

Important: You may submit your abstract only after registering for the meeting at which you wish to present your work.
The
chairpersons and the scientific committee will review the abstracts. A
number of them will be selected for oral presentations. The rest of the
accepted abstracts will be displayed as posters during the entire
conference from November 21th until November 24th, 2007.
The abstracts (350 words maximum) will appear in the booklet distributed among the participants as they have been sent, please check your abstract before posting it. They
should be submitted using the abstract submission form below (Fields
Last name, First name, Address, E-mail, Title and Abstract are
required).
The deadline for submission is September 28th, 2007. The acceptance decision and those selected for oral presentation will be notified on the website by October2007. Posters must be 1 meter high by 0.70 meter wide. If the size is not respected, it will be impossible to present your poster. Please bring tape or magnets to hold it on the metal poster board (not provided on site).
GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS
- Abstracts should be written in English, 350 words maximum.
- Use margins of 2,5 cm on left side and 2 cm on right side of the A4 page (21 cm x 29,7 cm).
- Please avoid using symbols, accents, sub and superscript. Symbols should be written in full (e.g.: alpha, beta).
- Format: word doc. format or pdf.
- Title: Arial Font, size 14 ; it should be written in capital bold letters at the top of the page.
- Authors: Arial Font, size 12 ; skip one line after title ;. Underline name of the presenting author.
- Affiliation: Arial Font, size 12 ; skip one line after authors' names ; Department, Institution, city and country.
- Text: Arial font, size 12: skip one line from affiliation, text should be adjusted to the left.
