Registration fee (TVA 19,6% included) covers cost for admission to the scientific sessions, abstracts book, coffee breaks and welcome cocktail.

There are no more places for lunch. Registration for lunch is thus closed. A reducted registration fee for the conference is therefore available from now on.

* To benefit from student fee, please send a photocopy of your present student card signed by your research director.

Workshop registration:

Registration for the workshop is closed.

Confirmation of registration and receipt of payment will be sent after your payment is cashed.

Cancellation:

A refund of the registration fee, less an administration charge of 50 €, will be made if a written notification of cancellation is received no later than February 1st, 2008. No refunds will be made after this date. A substitute participant will be welcomed at no extra charge. Please note that all refunds wilClicl be issued after the conference.

Cancellation of accommodation must be dealt directly with the hotel.
