Registration fee (TVA 19,6% included) covers cost for admission to the scientific sessions, abstracts book, coffee breaks and welcome cocktail.

Types of payment accepted:

- by credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
- by bank check
- by internal form (only for the Institut Pasteur, Paris members)
- by order form (only for the french institution members)

Confirmation of registration and receipt of payment will be sent after your payment is cashed.

Cancellation:

A refund of the registration fee, less an administration charge of 20 €, will be made if a written notification of cancellation is received no later than January 18th, 2008. No refunds will be made after this date. A substitute participant will be welcomed at no extra charge. Please note that all refunds will be issued after the conference.

Cancellation of accommodation must be dealt directly with the hotel.
