Request of visa

If you require a visa, please make sure to contact the French embassy on time. Information you need about getting a visa is available at: www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en (subpage "Going to France").

A letter of invitation or a confirmation of your pre-registration may be requested to get the visa. Requests should be made no later than 1 month before the conference starting date.

1) a letter of affiliation (on headed notepaper) or professional card;
2) a copy of your last degree (French or English translation if necessary);
3) a copy of your passport;
4) your personal or professional address (fax number is optional).

We will send you the letter of invitation or the confirmation of your pre-registration within 5 days following the reception of above-mentioned documents (excluding week-end and legal holidays) by fax or e-mail (certified PDF document with legal electronic signature) and by regular mail.
