Registrations and payments postmarked later will be subject to the normal registration fees.

The deadline for registrations is July 25th, 2012.

Registration fee includes the following:

Participant and student: welcome reception, scientific sessions, commercial exhibition, coffee breaks, conference documents, gala dinner and transport pass (offered by Sytral).
Accompanying person:  welcome reception, commercial exhibition, coffee breaks, gala dinner and transport pass.

Payment accepted:

Credit card (Visa or Mastercard), check, bank transfer and for French public organisms only, order form.

Cancelation and refund policy:

Registration fee, less 50 € for administration charges, will be refunded if cancellation is received before July 25th. No refund will be made after this date. Queries should be adressed to icmrbs2012@pasteur.fr or fax to +33 1 40 61 37 21. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
