Type of payment accepted:

- by credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

Confirmation of registration and receipt of payment will be sent after your payment is cashed.

Cancellation:

A refund of the registration fee, less an administration charge of 50 €, will be made if a written notification of cancellation is received no later than april 20th, 2008. No refunds will be made after this date. A substitute participant will be welcomed with no extra charge. Please note that all refunds will be issued after the conference.

Cancellation of accommodation must be dealt directly with the hotel.
