HAL The inter-institutional agreement for open archives and HAL was signed April 2, 2013. It is part of the national policy of Open Access, sharing research results, dissemination and preservation.

PeerJ A new OA journal, a new brand new model.
-PeerJ foregoes the article processing charge.
-The process vows to be fast, too, getting results out there to be evaluated, used and built upon.
-Co-founders : Peter Binfield, formally managing editor of PLoS One, Jason Hoyt chief scientist at Mendeley.
  They are joined by nearly 800 academics who will serve on the Editorial

orcid ORCID provides a persistent digital identifier that distinguishes you from every other researcher and, through integration in key research workflows such as manuscript and grant submission, supports automated linkages between you and your professional activities ensuring that your work is recognized.
ORCID is an open, non-profit, community-based effort to create and maintain a registry of unique researcher identifiers.
